80JD worked with Intrinsic Schools to produce a promo video about
Intrinsic’s unique blended learning teaching model. The video also
highlights the design elements of their new Belmont campus, which is one
of the first schools to be designed and built around a blended learning

Wheeler Kearns Architects hired 80JD to produce a video highlighting the design solutions involved in building the Intrinsic Schools Belmont campus. The Belmont campus is the first school designed from the ground up specifically for blended learning. This presented unique design challenges that are discussed and illustrated throughout the video.
WKA- 1611 West Division is the first completed Transit Oriented Development (T.O.D.) in the city of Chicago. This project provided zero parking for residents of the building and established a precedent to re-shape the city’s zoning ordinance.
T.O.D.’s are a green building initiative that reduce or eliminate parking for residents when the development is within 600 feet of a mass transit station. By reducing the space allocated and energy required to construct a large garage, greater housing density can be realized without an increase to traffic congestion and greenhouse gas emissions. The added density fuels local economic revenue, promotes increased transit ridership and a more active, healthy lifestyle.
